In 2009, Jinan Quanyue CNC Machinery Co., Ltd. was established by three technical backbones of the “Jinan Casting and Forging” forging company of the national research institute; 

In 2009-2011, a total of 4 sets of heavy equipment such as Xuzhou Jiuding Wind Power Co., Ltd. were delivered; 

In March 2012, the Maanshan Liyuan Industrial 5m CNC ring rolling machine was successfully delivered. 

In 2013, Jinan Quanyue CNC Machinery Co., Ltd. established a development partnership with Suichuan Qianlima Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd., located at the junction of Jinan City and Zibo City, enjoying the preferential policies of Suichuan High-tech Zone. 

In 2014, Quanyue Company's ring machine products were exported to Turkey. 

In 2015, Quanyue hydraulic flat forging machine was exported to Australia. 

In 2016, the company's non-standard single-column hydraulic press was exported to Myanmar. 

In 2016, Quanyue CNC changed the three certificates and obtained the right to operate import and export trade rights. 

In 2017, Zhangqiuzhongnuo 3m ring forging production line (removing machine, operating machine, hydraulic press, ring rolling machine) completed the whole line debugging. 

In January 2018, the D53KS-2500 automatic boring machine was successfully commissioned. 

In October 2018, the solid waste converter was officially commissioned successfully; 

In May 2019, the fully automatic 1.5 m CNC ring machine was exported to India.
